wellmeaningbeing is a wellbeing and lifestyle blog.
It is a wellness lifestyle journey.

Hi there!

Welcome to wellmeaningbeing, a wellbeing, wellness lifestyle blog based in the UK. My name is Liz and this little part of the internet has been created for me to have a space where I can write down my thoughts and share my experiences and meet like minded people.

Thanks for taking the time to get to know me.

I used to write a diary from the ages of about fourteen to nineteen and then I just stopped once university got in the way. I feel that if I write down all my thoughts here then hopefully I will be accountable to them and actually go out there (in the world) and try to become a better person by living mindfully, with kindness and in turn becoming more open.

I want to live mindfully in all aspects of my life, being grateful for who I am now and ground myself in the present, eventually becoming comfortable with not knowing what the future holds. You see I have a bad habit, I worry. Way.To.Much. I want to live with kindness in all aspects of my life and to be kind to others around me, making sure that they know they are appreciated. I want to push myself try new things.
Please take a look at the work NOW (Network of Wellbeing) are doing to make a positive difference to quality of people's lives.

So I guess that is my mission statement for 2014 and beyond, I hope you will join me on my journey.

I'm addicted to Avocado, Green Smoothies and I love to read and eat Dim Sum (ideally at the same time). I'm a big kid when it comes to Harry Potter, I love a good thumb pose and am likely to enjoy pretty much anything that comes served in a mug. (find out even more here)

I also have an unhealthy obsession with eyeshadow and I am currently in the process of down sizing my stash with my very own Project Pan. I am trying to find cruelty free, natural alternatives to my current makeup, skincare and house hold items.

I've been dairy free for nearly four years after finding out (through my GP) that I am dairy intolerant. I'm a massive foodie so you are also likely to find a lot of food talk making it's way on here as well.

P.s if you are on the look out for an awesome blog design check out pipdig. They are friendly, professional and super talented!

P.P.S: I'm not a trained Dietician or Fitness Trainer, I am just passionate about these topics as well as all things wellbeing related. Please consult your G.P or another professional if you want to drastically change your diet and just take my experience and opinions as a base for your own research. I am in now way telling you to eat what I eat or do what I enjoy doing. You do you, find your own wellness, we are all unique.
